In 2020, I successfully defended my dissertation, "Promises to Keep: How Institutional Brand Aligns with the Adult Learner Experience," and earned my doctorate from Northeastern University. Prior to that, I earned an MA in Publishing from Oxford Brookes University in the UK and a BA in Journalism with a minor in marketing at the University of Arizona where I served as co-editor of The Cat Scan digital magazine.

With nearly 15 years in marketing and communications, I am both strategic in my approach and efficient in my execution. As the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications for the University of Denver's college of continuing education, I lead and develop the college's branding, marketing, and communications efforts using data and best practices as my guide.

Recognized as a leader in teaching excellence at the University of Denver, I've taught more than 60 graduate-level courses including Marketing Analytics, Email Marketing, and Social Media Strategy.
